Big Chill

I drew Big Chill from Ben 10, He is one of my favorite designs from the series because of how his wings fold up and act like a cloak. I wasn't quite sure how I wanted to draw him, so I opted for a middle of the road kind of pose and kept the hood part on because I like that kind of aesthetic.
